
Che Marcheti is a filmmaker, Story Artist and digital nomad born in São Paulo, Brazil. She graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, where she studied graphic design, focusing on publishing and books. She worked as a Story Artist and animator, participating in the making of several films and TV series.
In 2017 she launched the first Brazilian animation art book, “Trajetória”, launched at the Annecy Festival (2018), Animafest Zagreb (2018) and Anima Mundi Festival (2017). She is the co-founder and curator of the Zootropio showcase, which highlights Brazilian animated short and feature films.
n 2023, she directed the short film PRESSURE, which was nominated for the Cannes Indie Short Awards and received several awards, including "Best Art" at the Carambola Women+ in Cinema Festival, "Best Editing" and "Best Sound" at the 17th Curta Taquary Festival, and "Best Debut" at the T-Short Festival.
